En un an, les faillites d&#8217;agences immobili\u00e8res ont doubl\u00e9, refl\u00e9tant une situation critique.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Au premier semestre 2024, les ventes immobili\u00e8res ont chut\u00e9 de 23%, atteignant 822.000 transactions. Les prix ont baiss\u00e9 de 3,8% en moyenne nationale, la plus forte baisse en 15 ans. La production de cr\u00e9dits pour l&#8217;immobilier ancien a \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9e par trois en deux ans, atteignant seulement 8,7 milliards d&#8217;euros en mars 2024.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Les faillites d&#8217;agences ont fortement augment\u00e9, avec 1.120 agences en faillite entre mai 2023 et avril 2024, une hausse de 114%. La Fnaim pr\u00e9voit que ce nombre atteindra 1.400 d&#8217;ici la fin de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La crise immobili\u00e8re, aggrav\u00e9e par la hausse des taux d&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat, a conduit \u00e0 une augmentation drastique des faillites d&#8217;agences immobili\u00e8res.
